The Bowline knot is referred to as ‘The King of Knots’—versatile and reliable. The owner’s of Galiano Island’s Bowline Cafe asked us to highlight the knot in a modernized heritage style, citing Stumptown Coffee and Herschel as inspo. I created a custom knotted logo that would feel just as much at home on a cap or embroidered into a tee as it would stamped onto a coffee cup.
